Chardae has obtained a Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University and a MFA in Design from Parsons The New School for Design. She currently is on the hunt for the perfect front porch.
Globally influenced sophisticated textiles.
Zetland855 merges classic prints and patterns with menswear inspired fabrics, providing an added layer of flexibility within each piece. These collected textiles use various fabrication methods from wax print, batik, to digital reproduction of hand drawn/painted patterns.
The mission of Zetland855 is to provide a sense of "recalling back," a time where communal engagement influenced design. The element of handmade culture is illustrated through the various vivid designs.
