Sometimes your body has a way of making you slow down when you’re not even paying attention. I had a bunch of plans for this year, but instead of rushing, rushing, rushing, I hit pause to really figure out what I want to do going forward. I started the year with two affirmations in mind. Be fearless. Be intentional. I’ve been trying to give myself grace and realize that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to. And that I can be 100% intentional about the things, the people, the surroundings I place myself in and how they impact my life. I’ve been taking the time to really explore the creative things that bring me joy. Taking the time to spend time with the people that bring me joy. And taking the time to just be at peace. All of these things have allowed me to begin to figure out what I want my voice to be going forward.
